Q: Does anyone know where specifically I can find a Dodge RamCharger or a Ford Bronco for sale in south Texas?
Would like it to be under $2k. Preferably ranging from late 70s to late 90s–private seller is ok, as long as the vehicle is in good condition.

A: Best bet is going to Craigslist.com. I found an ‘85 Ramcharger (my daily driver) here in Idaho for $350 (he wanted $1500. But I talked him down!) cause the dude needed money BAD! It’s in PERFECT condition with only 168,000 miles on it. There’s alot of good deals to be had on there.

Good luck!

Q: you have a 1979 ford bronco for sale i would like to know more about it?

A: I don’t even have one…

Q: 2004 Ford Bronco concept?
I have looked everywhere and I have not been able to find a single 04 ford bronco for sale, or the price on them. Did the car not make it?? Thanks in advance

A: It never made it to production

Q: any ford broncos for sale in ohio?

A: yea get that one that ur dad hates and say haha

Q: We have a 1979 Ford Bronco (4 wheel drive) for sale?
What would be a good asking price on this model? We really are desperate to sell it. It runs good, looks good, and it actually rides good. Does anyone know of someone that might be interested in this truck??

A: There are a few places you could try selling online which will reach a wider audience:

http://www.ebay.com
http://www.autotrader.com/
http://www.cars.com
http://epage.com —> these guys are free, and other ‘79 Broncos are going for a good price

Q: Anybody have a full sized bronco for sale in the dubuque IA area?
i have a 1984 ford bronco. it needs some work so im looking to buy another for parts or to drive.

A: JUST GET A NEW CAR ALL TOGETHER CUZ GUESS WHAT: YOUR BRONCO IS OLD AND RUSTY AND STALLS LIKE NO OTHER AND NO ONE BUT YOU LIKES IT SO SELL THE DAMN THING ALREADY!

Q: 89 Ford Bronco II with 92k on it, how much is right?
I was looking for 4×4 suv, and found this clean 89 Bronco II for sale.
The seller wants 2450. Overpriced? Let me know what experts think.

Here are descriptions.
89 Bronco II XLT Automatic, 4X4, 2.9 Liter V6 Fuel Injected, 92K miles – rebuilt transmission at 86K.
Clean body and interior.

What do you think???

A: 1. If it is a very very clean old lady car with a very clean engine (make sure it doesn’t look too clean, because sometimes people will power wash the engine to hide leaks and other issues)

$2000-3000 is fair for a very nice example

2. If it is in fare condition and the engine looks oily and nasty

$1200-2000 is fair for a Fare example (upon inspection before you make any offers, bring a can of starter fluid with you. Without installing the “Straw” that comes with it, while the engine is running, spray a little bit of it around the intake of the engine. If the engine goes from idle RPM to a higher RPM then the Engine has a vacuum leak and will need to be repaired. This is worth about $200-500 off of the asking price depending on how bad it Rev’s up. If it Rev’s up and then cuts off, that is worth $5-700 off IMO due to the cost of a intake gasket repair.

3. If it is in bad shape and runs like crap

$800-1100 is fair. It would take around $1000 or so to get in dependable condition so that it doesnt leave you on the side of the road as a waste of $800.

Good Luck,

ya, i like the unusual and unpractical.

A: You should also consider that such a car may be expensive to insure. Check your insurance rates before buying one, for example here – carquotes.sinfree.net

Q: Ford Bronco Back Window Replacement?
Someone busted my back window. It’s a 1994 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer edition, if that even matters. I found a back window for sale on craigslist but the thing is it’s for an 83 Bronco. Would that window fit or no? It would save me a bunch of cash if I could just buy that one off craigslist. I appreciate any help or advice you can give =]

THANKS!!!

A: The 83 Bronco and the 94 Bronco were different body styles. Sorry but the 83 window will not fit the 94. You can use windows from 91 to 95 and some early 96 Broncos.

Q: Ford Bronco advertisements?
I just bought (well, 2/3 of it anyways) my first car tonight…It’s a ‘96 ford bronco. I know it’s a silly question, but I’m wondering if there’s any of those sales brochures (like the advertisements you get at the dealership) for the ‘96 broncos left….And if so, where to buy them? I’m just wondering what color my car is “officially” considered…… It’s teal and white, but I just wonder. :)

A: You can usually find old dealer sales brochures at swap meets for a reasonable price. The easiest way to find out the actual name of the paint colors is to take the paint codes to your local dealer or an auto body supply shop and ask them. The codes are normally located on a sticker on the door jam on the driver side door.

Hope this helps. Have fun slingin’ mud in that old Bronco!!

Q: transmission problem!!! help!!!! bronco II ford?
i got my project truck two years ago, she was running fine till one day it started to lose a lot of power, and blowing out tons of smoke. i took it to a shop because i didnt have time to work on it. they opened the heads and turns out one of the pistons was bad. i was in need of a rebuild or just get a complete block. then a friend started to sale a car i had wanted for a long time which i got it and totaly forgot about the bronco II. now two years later i started to work on her, i got a used motor bolted the tranny in and set everything in place. the motor runs strong. then bolted the transfer case and everything else that i needed after i ran the motor and knew it was good. i drop in 4 qrts of tranny oil first and ran it. i put it in gear and nothing, i tried giving it gas, and nothing. i put in 2 more qrts and same thing, nothing happend. i changed the trans filter and nothing. the trans was working before really good, so did the transfer case. what else can it be. i know the linkage on it is bolted right because i checked it and also before taking the old motor w. the tranny out i marked it where it was. i have no idea what it could be now, im planing on taking it out but im looking for sugestions on what could it be before i do..its an 88 bronco II automatic 4 x 4.. it might be that i didnt put oil in the torch converter but shouldnt that get filled when you fill the transmissin with oil? this is the first auto tranny ive worked on and might be the last lol.. if anyone has an idea please help!!!

THANK YOU

A: the only thing i know of you not having the transfer case lined up right wich u already did id drop it and chck it agin to make sure before getting a new tranny.

Q: Truck Help?
Hi,

I am looking at buying a used 1995 Ford Bronco (with a 302 engine, not the 351. and it only has 103,000 miles) for sale. It has a 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires. I know that a bronco normally gets 13mpg city and 17mpg highway. I was just wondering if having the lift and bigger tires will make me get a lot worse gas mileage. Could you please tell me about how many mpg I will get?

Thanks

A: Yes, but how much is subjective. The bigger tires mean that there is more rubber touching the ground. This results in more friction and drag. Also, the lift will deduct a slight bit of mpgs due to increased air resistance. Exactly how much cannot be known until you drive it for yourself. However, 9-11 mpg city and 11-13 mpg highway is an accurate guess. Hope this helps.

A: you can use a GPS unit to get accurate mileage reading to figure mpg correctly…

A: My f-150 dropped from about 13 to 10 with larger tires.

if you are looking for an everyday driver… I wouldn’t recommend it.
